1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LeadForge (“the Service”), operated by Meshcraft Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LeadForge is a SaaS lead generation and cold email outreach platform that allows users to search for business leads, extract contact information, manage leads, and send email campaigns.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use LeadForge to:
- Send unsolicited spam emails in violation of CAN-SPAM or GDPR
- Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
- Harass, threaten or abuse any individuals
- Violate any applicable local, national or international laws
- Resell or redistribute data obtained through the platform
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features and functionality of LeadForge are owned by Meshcraft Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Meshcraft Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of LeadForge.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
